✨ Along with being super busy creating lots of new routines ready for September, I’ve also had the absolute privilege of being asked to judge this year’s Torfaen Voluntary Alliance Awards 🫶🏆
There have been SO many amazing nominations, and honestly, it has been incredibly difficult to judge! ❤️
Anyone who gives up their time to help others deserves recognition. Volunteers are such an important part of what makes our communities stronger, and it’s been so wonderful reading about all these selfless individuals and the incredible impact they have on the people and communities around them. 🥹👏
Next month we’ll be narrowing it down to our top picks, and then comes the REALLY difficult part… choosing who we think should be the overall winners! 😩🏆
Anyone who knows me knows I’m a total people person, and in my eyes everyone deserves to win! 🙈😂
It’s going to be such a difficult decision, but I’m so honoured to be part of the process and to celebrate some truly incredible people in Torfaen. ❤️

The judging process has begun!
Our wonderful judges now have all the nominations for the Torfaen Community & Volunteer Awards 2026, and the difficult task of choosing this year’s finalists is officially underway!
We’ve already had some lovely feedback from our judging panel, with Beckie from Vibes Dance saying:
“So many wonderful volunteers to choose from, it took me a while! I love that there are so many people in and around Torfaen who give up their time to help others, especially with the world we live in today. We are very lucky to have such amazing people living within our community.” ❤️
