We’re so sorry for any disappointment this may cause — we were really looking forward to sharing the day with you!

🌿Who is joining us this Monday at 10 am for our amazing Mum Yoga session with Penny?

Our Yoga session with Penny is a great way and safe way for mums to get active again in a relaxed environment where your baby is welcome.

Learn how to soothe and energise yourself by using rhythmic movements and breathing techniques, while using Hatha-style asanas to stretch out and strengthen areas of your body that may have become tight during pregnancy or when feeding your baby.

These classes are a great place to connect with other parents who are going through the same experiences as you. Or to just take time out of your busy schedule to nurture and care for you.

The classes are for anyone, but babies, from new-born up until they are mobile (rolling, crawling, etc…) are welcome in the practice room.

All equipment provided. Block of 6 booked classes includes an organic linseed filled eye pillow used during savasana to enhance relaxation. 🌿
