⚠️TIMINGS⚠️ In this business being super organised matters, especially when you have more than one booking per day like us, timings are very tight AND set up times are usually one hour! We've had to learn to be fast, and one of the most important factors to achieving this is being super organised and prepping weeks in advance! Our main aim on the day is to be in a position to attach the balloon garland, add any additional extras to make the display look absolutely stunning, AND last but not least - Take beautiful photos!📸

Factors that may affect our setup times!
🤎NO PARKING - We avoid ALL bookings that do not have sufficient parking! If we can not park, we can not do our job! There is nothing worse😮‍💨
🤎Poor access - If there are stairs/no lift! (WE HATE STAIRS), long walks, or parking is not direct, this will impact timings massively.
🤎Lateness - Luckily, we don't get this issue often, but if a venue is late to open, this affects our timings negatively.
🤎Customer indecisiveness - Please ensure ahead of time that you know where you would like your items to go in the venue as indecisiveness can cause major delays. A floor plan helps!
🤎Last minute changes - Having us move a setup after we've already set up is an absolute NO!

Planning a full celebration is no small task, so I thought I’d share some key things I’ve learned along the way:

✨ Venue Space – Make sure the venue comfortably fits your guest list while allowing ample room for all your vendors, including catering, DJ, photo booth, and entertainment.

🚗 Parking – A must-have! Ensure there’s enough parking not just for guests but also for vendors and suppliers to allow for easy access and smooth setup.

🤝 Extra Hands – Party planning can be stressful, so the more help, the better! Having a solid support team makes setup (especially with limited time) much easier.

💰 Budget Smartly – The cheapest option isn’t always the best. Choose reliable, trustworthy suppliers that fit within your budget to avoid unexpected issues on the day.

📅 Book Early – Budgeting is so much easier when you plan ahead! Locking in suppliers well in advance helps spread out costs and keeps things running smoothly.

How to get a good quote!

1. Please always provide the date and timings. This is the first step for us getting a good idea on availability. If we aren't available, then there's no need to waste anyones time with a quote🎉

2. Location, location, location! If your venue is too far, we'll be unable to do the booking for you. We also charge a travel fee if the distance is over a 5 mile radius, which is included in your quote AND finally PARKING and DIRECT ACCESS to venue is a must! We cannot take on any bookings that doesn't have parking available 📍

3. Please send us photo inspiration of the item(s) you would like to hire. This is the easiest way to get an accurate quote, especially for a backdrop display 📸

4. Budget! If you're on a budget, please let us know what this is so we can make realistic recommendations within your price range💷

5. Realistic expectations are important. Please remember that glossy Instagram displays come at a cost, which most times are above budget expectations. Please ensure your open to ideas (less expensive displays)🥰

6. If in any way we're unable to book you in, we have a WhatsApp group with other trusted suppliers that may be able to help! 🥳
