🐟💙 D7 Andrew Davies

🐟D7 Andrew Davies.
Heartbroken to hear the sad news of Andrew’s passing. One of our main suppliers of fish and game, his catch regularly dictated our menus and specials board. A true inspiration, a man of the land and sea.
Not just a supplier, but a friend also.
An all round good guy.
Sending our love to Andrew’s Family 💙

The bread we serve at Strawberry Shortcake is baked fresh by our team, in our own kitchens.

From mixing and proving to baking and serving — it’s all done by us.

A proper crowd-pleaser of a starter and always one of the most popular choices for our wedding breakfasts.

A little reminder from the Strawberry Shortcake chefs: it is possible to serve a rare Beef Wellington to 200+ wedding guests.

Beef Wellington and Madeira sauce.

A bit of precision, a lot of teamwork, and one very special wedding dish. ❤️

Hand-picked St Dogmaels crab with quail’s eggs. 🦀

One of our favourite canapés — and they certainly don’t hang around for long!

Our famous lemon possets with meringue kisses and fresh raspberries. 🍋

A bit of a cult classic here at Strawberry Shortcake — and one that’s always a hit at weddings. ❤️

Our autumn burrata is proving to be a seasonal favourite at Strawberry Shortcake weddings this year. 🍂

Fresh, milky burrata.
Salty prosciutto.
Roasted squash.
Sour cherry and toasted seeds.

A winning combination of autumn flavours.
