This is a bit of an experiment. I had a pattern for supper chunky but don't like supper chunky as its very heavy to knit with plus I hste usung 10mm needles as it ferlsvlike you are knitting with carrots lol. So I adapted 2 patterns and did this in DK . It should fit my 10 year old niece.
