📢 FUNDRAISER NEWS 🐎💰 Last weekend was Race Night at the Club, superbly organised and hosted by our very own Michelle Worthy & Joyce Sayles. Massive thanks go to both of them 👏🙌 - they worked hard to make the event a big success with all proceeds going to Crich Glebe Community Centre, our community resource and registered charity, to help them continue their fantastic work for us all in the area.

🥰MEMBER APPRECIATION POST🥰 Many of you will know the fantastic Kevin Houghton & Louise Houghton already and be aware of their recent fundraiser challenge, but for those of you who haven't yet met this brilliant couple (and of course, Comrades Club members!).....

Kev & Lou love a challenge and have just completed (along with Louise's brother Andrew) the Walk the Wight - just under 27 miles of up and down hill, in 9 hours, across the Isle of Wight. A HUGE achievement both physically and mentally - they've trained hard and smashed it (gaining a few injuries and epic blisters along the way! 🤕🤪) so congratulations to them both from all at the Club 🍺🍺
Their challenges are always for the charity Mind, which is a cause close to both their hearts and hugely worthwhile, and the Isle of Wight walk itself was also very poignant personally.
