The final few illustrations from V&L's big day! This was SO MUCH fun, I've got a few weeks of doing other events but I already can't wait to get back to weddings! I've had so many enquiries this week which I'm so, so grateful for, but unfortunately I've had to turn some people down as I'm already booked - if you're hoping to book me for your event, it's best to message sooner rather than later! Next year is already booking up fast and I'd hate for you to miss out (and I love having more events to illustrate at!)

V&L part 4 ✨
Tried something different with the presentation of this post - let me know what you think!
So there's a little story about the illustration in slide one... it features the youngest guest I've ever drawn! Honestly, I doubt I'll ever live illustrate anyone younger actually at an event 😅 baby Ettie was only a week old! How incredible is that! V&L had a sip and solve at their wedding where one of the questions was who is the youngest guest, with a note that it was excluding newborns, which I'm guessing would've been printed before little Ettie made an appearance 🥹🥰

The first few from Veronica and Luke's wedding! There was a slightly different timeline for this one - instead of starting after the ceremony, I started beforehand! I was ready to go as guests came in, which meant I could get a lot of illustrations ready to go while the ceremony was taking place! Then another batch during the drinks reception before everyone went in for the wedding breakfast, before the final batch before the reception. Honestly, it worked really well! I take photos of guests to illustrate from, so I can keep drawing even without guests there - breaking it up like this meant that I was consistently drawing the whole way through with plenty of time to chat to guests and explain what on earth live illustration is!

Yesterday ✨
What a gorgeous wedding Emily and Rob had! The Spread Eagle was an absolutely STUNNING venue and Emily and Rob's vision really brought it to life - I spent the drinks reception next to a string trio feeling like I was in an episode of Bridgerton 😍 I got to meet some really lovely suppliers too, which is always such a joy ❤️ Thank you E&R and all your lovely guests for such a wonderful day! You were all an absolute pleasure to illustrate 💖

Sabrina and Lorenzo - part 5 ✨
After the heavy rain showers and hailstorms of the last few days I'm definitely missing the sunshine from Sabrina and Lorenzo's wedding day 🫣 one of the best things I have for my illustration station is a little usb lamp, so even if the weather does go downhill or I'm working into the evening I'll still have consistent lighting to see what I'm doing!
