Please help me get home! 🍋

We have been sent this lovely hanging from a wedding anniversary party that happened on the 8th August. But there was no note or contact details in the parcel so we're not sure who sent it. Perhaps a venue got a return muddled up 🤷‍♀️

But we would love to get this back to it's owners if anyone recognises it?

Thank you to anyone who can help!
