WOW! What a week we’ve had! 😅

Here are the headlines…..

4,875 meals served
13 locations across the south east
3 weddings
2 private dining parties
2 birthday parties
1 open day in the mighty Pod!

ALL IN 7 DAYS!!!

I must say we are exceptionally lucky to have such a fantastic team working for us, all the guys and girls went above and beyond at the weddings yesterday! They even had time for a dance with the father of the bride! 💃🕺

A special mention has to go to Turi our events manager, Jeri our office manager and Sophie our head chef! This company is run by some incredibly hard working and talented women! I just turn up and get told what to do. 😂

Great start to the summer! Roll on next week where we get to do it all again. 🍾🎉

Due to the shear magnitude of work we have this summer and beyond I’ve had to buy a new kitchen toy! 😍

This thing is a chef’s DREAM!

It’s got more gadgets on it than a Swiss Army knife and took a fork lift truck to actually get into the kitchen 😂

It’s just one more step towards the big mission! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Something a little different for team CC today.

We had the pleasure of spending a few hours menu tasting with the wonderful team at Blacklands Farm.

With the crazy busy season just around the corner, we decided to hold a staff training day to showcase all the dishes we will be cooking for the thousands of hungry campers over the summer.

Given the clean plates we think it went down quite well with everyone and now they have a better understanding of how we will deliver the food & how it needs to be served.

Really looking forward to working with this amazing team this summer and can’t wait to get started! ☀️

1st wedding of the season and what a treat it was!
As per usual I was too busy concentrating on serving the food to take any pictures of it. However, I did get some team and venue shots.
We were at the absolutely stunning Green Trees Estate and we will be back for another wedding next month.
I promise I will take more photos next time! 😂

We have been working incredibly hard over the last year to build an amazing team in the kitchen & office and work with some amazing new clients!

Happy Friday you lovely lot!

Updating our socials is certainly not a strong point here at the good ship CC but that's just because we are constantly out serving our lovely customers (and Dave's not great at sitting on socials, In fact he's not very social at all!) 🤣

We have been really busy in the office getting our contract catering work set up for the forthcoming year and its looking like its going to be a very busy one for us in 2024!
This doesn't make for great Facebook posts but watch this space for all the exciting updates we have coming!

Lots of new clients to work with this year and we can't wait to get stuck in! Also, we also can't wait for the weather to get warmer! ☀️

Well, as the last of the mince pies leaves the kitchen it's time for us to wrap up (pun fully intended) for Christmas & 2023!

What an incredible year it has been for us at CCHQ!
I'm very aware that I say this every year but 23 has been one to remember.

We have been privileged to work at some incredible venues and work with some really lovely couples and I just wanted to say what a joy it has been providing our services to each and every one of you.

A special thank you goes out to the two amazing ladies that run the good ship CC, Jeri and Turi. Without these two wonderful humans, nothing would get done here!

All of us here are really looking forward to 2024 and beyond as we have lots of new couples to work with and in some beautiful locations!

But for the next couple of weeks we will be having a well earned rest (starting with tonights staff Xmas party........😆🍾🥂)

So all that's left for me to say is, We hope you all have a Wonderfull Christmas and a happy & prosperous new year!

Let’s be honest, the food does get so much better when the weather turns colder….🥶
And with the festive season just around the corner there really is nothing that beats pigs in blankets! 😋🤤

These little beauties are our honey glazed pigs which we served for a corporate client this afternoon. Needless to say they didn’t hang around! 😂
