On May 8th, a special Supper Club comes to life where Italy and Mexico meet for an intimate and surprising evening.

An exclusive menu entirely created four-hands by me and Carla, blending Italian tradition with Mexican soul in creative, authentic dishes full of character. 🇮🇹🤝🇲🇽

A convivial experience with a small number of guests gathered around the same table to share flavors, stories, and new connections.

Made with buckwheat and rye flour, a little olive oil and lots of seeds… perfect for breakfast, toast or sandwiches 🤍

It’s:
✔️ high in fiber
✔️ no white flour
✔️ easy to digest and good for your gut health
✔️ naturally satisfying and anti-inflammatory

On this International Women’s Day, I celebrate the women who uplift other women.
The ones who know that strength is not competition.
That another woman’s light does not dim their own.

In the past two years, I’ve been lucky enough to meet beautiful souls and build new friendships that remind me what true support looks like.
And for that, I feel deeply grateful.

But sisterhood also means something else.
It means dignity.
It means boundaries.
It means knowing that another woman’s life, love, and family are not places to wander into looking for crumbs.

Because a woman who knows her worth doesn’t live off pieces of someone else’s life.

And today is also a reminder to the men in our lives:
respect women not just today, but every single day.

Because respect, loyalty, and integrity should never be seasonal.

Happy International Women’s Day
to the women who choose kindness, strength, and respect … always. ✨

There’s something about slow-cooking beef shin ragù in the winter that feels like a warm hug. ❄️🍲
It’s comfort food at its finest — rich, slow-simmered, and full of those nostalgic flavours that always take me back to childhood Sundays in the kitchen. ❤️

This time I paired it with pillowy gnocchi (highly recommend 👌), but honestly… it’s delicious with any pasta shape — or even on its own with a thick slice of good sourdough to soak up every last drop. 🤤

Slow food, simple joy, big memories. ✨

🍑✨ Peach & Chocolate Ricotta Cake ✨🍫
A soft, fragrant summer cake that melts in your mouth — perfect for breakfast, brunch an afternoon treat or a special day like my son birthday celebration! Simple ingredients, irresistible flavor! 🍰☕️ and so soft, moist, and full of flavor — a new family favorite! 💛

INGREDIENTS:
• 120 g fine brown sugar
• 2 large eggs + 1 yolk
• 140 g ricotta
• 75 g melted butter
• 180 g all-purpose flour (type 00)
• 45 g cornstarch
• 12 g baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 100 g chocolate (chopped)
• 1 peach, diced

FOR THE TOP:
• 2 peaches (thinly sliced)
• 2 tbsp peach jam
• 1 tbsp water
• Powdered sugar (optional)
• Crumbled amaretti cookies

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
2. Slowly add melted butter and ricotta, mixing well.
3. Sift in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently.
4. Add diced chocolate and peach, mix with a spatula.
5. Pour into a cake tin, decorate with peach slices.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F), fan mode, for about 35 minutes.
7. While still warm, brush the top with diluted peach jam and sprinkle with crushed amaretti.
