Northern Championships today in Widnes — and we could not be prouder of our students.

An incredible effort from everyone across:
👊 Hand drills
🥊 Kickboxing drills
🔥 Kicking combinations
⚔️ Sparring
👏 Display drills

And we’re proud to say we came away with:

🥇 12 Gold
🥈 17 Silver
🥉 7 Bronze

But more importantly than medals…
today showed focus, etiquette, determination, discipline and teamwork from every single student.

A huge shoutout to all our students and families — what an amazing team we have at MF North East 👏

From the competitors… to the students helping each other train and prepare… everyone played their part.

MF Nurseries Cramlington have had a fab time this Easter break at there holiday club

And they are now taking bookings for the May half term 🤩

Large kettlebell or dumbbell rack, this is quite large and heavy so will probably need a large car or a van to transport and will also need 2 people to collect it

Sundays at 3pm (3-6yrs) and 4pm (7yrs +)
Thursdays at 4:15pm (3-6yrs) and 5pm (7yrs +)
Saturday at 9am (3-6yrs) and 10am (7yrs +)
