The secret’s out! 🎄✨

So many of you have been asking me recently when the mince pies are coming back—and I am so pleased to say that they’re officially back NOW in October!

I couldn't wait any longer. Firstly because I absolutely love mince pies, and secondly because I know how eager you all are to get your hands on them well before Christmas!

Every single one is handmade from scratch from start to finish using my Mum’s 40-year-old recipe. 👵❤️

It’s the ultimate East meets West fusion flavor—crispy, savoury pastry deep-filled with rich, festive Christmas mincemeat, all finished with a light dusting of sugar.

That contrast of savoury crunch and sweet festive spice is unbelievable! 🥧✨

Fried up a fresh batch of these little crispy spaceships tonight! 🚀

This was the go-to snack growing up. Crack open the shell, stuff it with warm spiced chickpeas, diced onions, tangy chutney, and a sprinkling of crispy sev—then fill it up with chilled, tangy jal jeera water!

This spicy, refreshing cumin-and-mint flavored liquid brings the whole bite together for an absolute flavor explosion every single time! 😋 

Hands down the ultimate street food snack. Who else loves these as much as I do? 👇
