When I started working in an office, I'd always make some for the team and within minutes colleagues were in the kitchen eating them. So one day, I thought why not make a business of it? ion of providing good quality samosas to people who appreciate Indian food. I've been making samosas for more than 20 years. Each samosa is made to perfection, using specific processes for making the filling and pastry, shaping and frying that I've experimented with and refined to create the best possible combination of textures and flavours. I was taught to make samosas by my mum, Kulwant, who would double check every stage to make sure my efforts met her very high standards. Thanks to this education, my understanding of both British and Indian cultures, and the all-important original recipe, my Samosas have received nothing but fantastic feedback.
