📣 PUBLIC APOLOGY FROM WILLOW IN WHITE 🤍

To all brides… we owe you an apology. A big one.

We’re so, so sorry that after visiting countless boutiques and feeling a bit “meh”, you end up walking into Willow in White and suddenly finding the exact dress you were hoping for.

We’re sorry the whole experience leaves you happy, excited, and maybe even a little emotional, that was never our intention 😉

We’d also like to apologise for creating a bridal boutique that isn’t sales-y, rushed, or impersonal.

It all started when I was planning my own wedding to my husband, James. I couldn’t find the dress anywhere and honestly? The whole process felt flat, pressured, and nothing like the magical experience I imagined.

So yes… I’m sorry. I decided to create the kind of bridal experience I wished I’d had.

A little haven full of beautiful dresses, clean lines, boho floatiness, timeless lace, and even a sprinkle of sparkle.
A small boutique with a whole lot of heart and apparently, that’s been making brides dangerously happy.

If you walk in here and walk out glowing with excitement, dreams fulfilled, confidence high… again, we apologise.

We promise to keep doing better (or worse?) 🤍

I’m Mel, and this is my bridal boutique, Willow in White.

Willow is my daughter’s name 🥰 (she’s the real boss). I opened the doors back in Summer 2019 in the teeny, pretty village of St Brides Major, and now you’ll find me in gorgeous Cowbridge.

The idea for the boutique came from planning my own wedding to my husband, James. I couldn’t find the dress and honestly… the whole experience left me feeling a bit “meh”. It was all a bit impersonal, a bit sales-y, and not at all how I imagined it should be. So, I thought, why not create the kind of bridal experience I wished I’d had? And here we are.

If you’re into simple, clean lines and floaty boho vibes, you’re in the right place. But don’t panic if you’re more into classic lace or a bit of sparkle, I’ve got you covered too.

My boutique might be small, but it’s full of heart (and a lot of beautiful dresses). Let’s find you something you’ll never want to take off 🤍
