We are Party Equip a family owned online-based catering equipment hire / rental service. that was founded in December 2014. We supply food display equipment, drink dispensers and tableware within Coventry and to nearby towns and cities. Equipment bookings / reservations are submitted directly from our website. We DO NOT take orders over the phone but inquiries only. We operate strictly on appointment basis for collecting and returning equipment including deliveries. In this regard we have put in place a Bookings Calendar on our website header.
For us to ensure better preparation, we recommend that customers should submit booking orders at least 5 days before their catering event takes place. However, this is not a restrictive measure to serve anyone in case of an emergency. Therefore, please do contact first to check availability of the equipment you want to hire/rent as we may still be able to serve you.
We are a unique service that guarantees;
10% discount for bulky hires of gastronomy equipment. Alternatively, hire dinner plates free of charge.
5% discount for bulky hires of pump action airpots/thermo flasks
5% discount for bulky hires of buffalo soup kettles
5% discount to students (status verification considered)
3% discount for a lifetime to returning customers
special offers commemorating social and public events
that customers keep equipment in their possession for up to 2 days after their event without extra charge. However, if you are returning equipment uncleaned, please return all equipment on the same day or early the next day latest. All cutlery and utensils MUST be cleaned and dried and packaged to avoid damaging them.
