After several years working in Rosette and Michelin Star establishments I have decided to leave the kitchen and put my expertise into setting up a family run Hog Roast business with my partner. We can cater for corporate events, weddings, fairs, fetes or even as an alternative at a family get together. We are able to roast a 3/4 pig which will serve up to 80 guests or a full pig that can do up to
160 guests. We understand that everyones needs are different and we can cater to meet them and work within your budget. Where possible I use all locally sourced produce and all our pigs are cooked from fresh on site ready to be carved at your required time.
