Holiday Inn Corby Kettering Hotel and Spa has only gone and come 2nd in the whole of the UK for IHG’s September’s Guest Review Heartbeat scores! Out of 266 Holiday Inn hotels, we are up there as one of the top UK hotels with a massive overall score of 94%!
But this isn’t really about a number on a leaderboard. It’s about the people behind it.
Every smile, every room prepared, every table set, every guest welcomed, every problem solved, every little extra that someone takes the time to do, it all adds up!
And when our guests take the time to tell us they’ve had a great experience, that’s the bit that makes me incredibly proud of the amazing team we have.
Hospitality is a people business, and when you have people who genuinely care about what they do, guests notice.
