Flyby Bars are delighted to be working with the Friends of Coronation Park for their amazing Christmas Market & Carols in the Park on Saturday 28th November! 🎄✨

Our Fly By Bars team will be bringing some festive cheer with hot mulled w**e, delicious Christmas cocktails and hot chocolate for the little ones! 🍷🍸☕

There’s lots going on throughout the day, including market stalls, festive music, carols and a FREE Santa’s Grotto! 🎅🎁

Bring the family, soak up the Christmas atmosphere and join us for a fantastic festive day in the park!

We’re delighted to announce that will be joining in our street food area at this year’s Friends of Coronation Park Christmas Market & Carols in the Park! 🎅🎄 28th Nov

These guys specialise in cooking their meats over hot coals, delivering that incredible chargrilled flavour that takes street food to the next level! 🔥🍖

The Flyby Bars team have been wanting to work with Appy Days for a few years now, so we’re absolutely chuffed to finally be making it happen!

Trust us, you won’t be disappointed! 😍

We’re really pleased to be working with Gillian Green and the Friends of Coronation Park on this fantastic community event, which has been running successfully for many years.

🎄 Christmas Market & Carols in the Park
📅 Saturday 28th November 2026
📍 Coronation Park, Corby
⏰ 11am – 4pm

The Friends of Coronation Park are currently looking for local crafters, stallholders, local producers, Christmas gift sellers and small businesses to join this year’s event.

There will be lots going on throughout the day, including the Christmas market, carols and live entertainment, a FREE Santa’s Grotto, children’s Christmas crafts and plenty of family activities. The event attracts a good local footfall and is a great opportunity to showcase your business and products ahead of Christmas.

Flyby Bars will be supplying and managing the street food area and pop-up bar, with a selection of festive drinks and refreshments available throughout the day.

🌞 WELL, THAT’S A WRAP ON STREET FOOD SATURDAYS! 🌞
What a way to finish the summer! Yesterday the sun was shining, the drinks were flowing, the cocktails were being enjoyed and some seriously delicious street food was being smashed! 🍔🌮🍹☀️
I just want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who came along yesterday — and to everyone who has supported Street Food Saturdays throughout the summer. ❤️
A huge thank you to all the amazing traders we’ve had the pleasure of working with. You’ve brought the food, the vibes and the smiles every month, and it’s been brilliant working with you all.
🍹 The Fly By Bars crew — you absolutely smashed it again!
🎧 Lee on the decks — thank you for keeping the tunes going and getting everyone in the summer mood.
🎤 And a massive thank you to all the singers, musicians and bands who have come along, performed and had a blast with us throughout the summer.
And then there’s the wife ❤️ — the behind-the-scenes support that most people don’t see. Thank you, babe. I honestly couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️
A massive thank you to friends and family too, especially for stepping in and helping out when I was struggling with the ankle. It meant more than you know. ❤️

It’s definitely been a bit of a bumpy ride at times, but what a summer it’s been! We’ve had sunshine, rain, busy days, crazy days, great food, great drinks, music, laughs and loads of amazing people.
Most importantly… we’ve had fun! 🙌
