Hi everyone 😊

Due to a high number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, I will now be taking a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date.

Unfortunately, when bookings are cancelled last minute, I’m often left with personalised items and stock that cannot be reused 💔

Your deposit will:

🎈 Secure your date
🎈 Cover materials ordered specifically for your booking
🎈 Be deducted from your final balance

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always try my best to be fair where possible 🤍
