On Saturday we had the wonderful honour of catering for Zowie and Billy’s special day

it’s always lovely to see some familiar faces amongst the guests and suppliers💍

“We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the incredible catering you provided for our wedding day.

The quality and taste of the food was absolutely out of this world. We had so many guests commenting on how amazing everything even the next day. From the manapés, to the mains, and especially the puddings! Everything was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic.

Your serving staff were excellent throughout the day, so professional, friendly and attentive, and they really helped everything run smoothly. It was also lovely to meet and chat with you Anna. What a wonderful team, I cant recommend you enough and hope to taste your food in the future.

You all did an amazing job and we couldn’t have been happier with the service you provided for our special day. Thank you again for helping make our wedding so memorable.

✨ We’ve just spent a couple of fabulous days in the stunning Lake District having a bit of R&R but we’ve also been searching for exciting new treats to include in this year’s Christmas hampers… and trust us, they are going to be something special! 🎄🎁

We’ve eaten our body weight in fruit cake, cheese, scones, gingerbread, chutneys ,jams handmade chocolate and biscuits.
I know you’re all just going to love what we’ve chosen and I thinks these are going to be our best hampers yet.

Sarah & Samuel did their wedding breakfast their way — and we loved every minute of it! 🚂✨

A full English followed by pancakes set the tone for a relaxed and fun-filled celebration. From a charming train ride to a live artist capturing the day, every detail was packed with personality. Guests got involved with games and quizzes and they even had a cute little train running around the cake! 🎂

Proof that weddings don’t have to follow tradition — just your imagination 💛

We hired Marc Macauley Catering for our wedding at the beginning of April 2026.

From the moment we got in touch, Anna was helpful in giving us information. We came to a taster day, and all of the food we tried on the day was delicious. The team on the day were helpful in answering our questions. Got to pick the food we thought was best for us.

On the big day the team did an amazing job, from the serving staff to the catering team. It all came out as clockwork.
The serving staff were so kind to make a plate of manapés for me and the groom to one side, so we had something in between shots with the photographer.

The wedding breakfast was just as good as we remembered it in the taster day. All the guests complimented how good the food was. We even had a last minuet guest that happened to be a vegetarian, they were able to cater to on the day.

Over all we were so happy with Mark Macauley catering, i would use them again in the future for an event, and would definitely recommend them to people who are looking for wedding cateres.

What a truly emotional and unforgettable day for us 💫

We felt incredibly honoured and proud to be invited to the Royal Maundy Service at St Asaph Cathedral today, attended by Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

To witness such a historic occasion—the first time this beautiful service has been held in North Wales, and only the second time in Wales in over 800 years—was something we will never forget.

It was especially moving to see 77 men and 77 women receive Maundy money, recognising their outstanding service to their communities—such a meaningful and humbling moment.

A day that we will always remember ❤️
