I feel really sad having to post this but feel it needs to be done.

We are aware that an anonymous post has recently appeared on Facebook regarding our business. We are also aware of an individual who has been publicly making false claims and spreading rumours that we are going out of business. We have been informed that this individual has contacted some of our customers directly, stating that the business is closing and that orders or refunds will not be fulfilled. This has been ongoing now for several months and its completely unacceptable.

Please be assured that these claims are untrue. As a business we continue to trade despite the added difficulties this campaign has caused and we are aware of the uneccessary stress this has caused to the brides who have received this contact

The matter of malicious communication and defamation is currently being dealt with by both the police and our legal team.

If anyone has been contacted directly by someone making these claims, we would kindly ask that you get in touch with us. Any information shared will be treated in the strictest confidence.

This situation is extremely upsetting for us. We have worked incredibly hard to build our business and pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our brides. While we are not perfect, we always do our very best to ensure our customers are supported and happy.

We would like to reassure all brides who have ordered with us that dresses have been ordered and are in production. When placing orders, we provide your wedding date to our designers so they are fully aware of required timelines.

The past couple of months have been personally challenging for me due to periods of ill health and hospital stays. Despite this, I have continued to work as best I can. If you are unable to reach us by phone, we kindly ask that you message us via Facebook, where we will respond as soon as possible.

As usual, we are closed for appointments between 24th December and 5th January for our Christmas break, the same as last year. During this time, we are still working with brides who have fittings scheduled. The phone is switched off over the holiday period, and we contacted all brides who needed updates prior to the break to ensure everyone was fully informed regarding their orders.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We hope you have all had a lovely Christmas so far, and we look forward to seeing our brides in the New Year.

She said ✨YEEEES✨ to the dress! 💖👗

Today was extra special in the boutique — lovely Elika visited us to find her perfect prom dress, and not only did she sparkle her way through the appointment… it also happened to be her 15th birthday! 🎉✨

Talk about a magical birthday moment! Elika brought the sweetest energy into the shop, and watching her light up when she found the one was such a joy for our team.

Elika, we hope the rest of your birthday celebrations were just as fabulous, fun, and unforgettable as your dress moment with us. 💕

Just a little update from us ....

I'm now back home from hospital and recovering well although still not right and waiting for an appointment with the specialist to decide on surgery and when this will happen. Issy is back now and trying to catch up with everything in the studio.

To add to the pressure we seem to be having issues with our business phone too - we've been assured this is a widespread issue with Samsung phones since the last software update (really not helpful). If you have called or messaged and we have not replied then we do apologise and ask you to pop a message on facebook messenger as we can access this and help with your enquiry.

The past couple of weeks have definitely been a bit of a trying time but we're plodding on behind the scenes to keep things going and want to thank you all for your patience and understanding

The past week has been a tough one — I’ve been pretty unwell and in quite a bit of pain. I’ve tried my best to keep smiling and push through so nothing (and no one!) was let down.

Yesterday, my body decided enough was enough and reminded me the hard way that sometimes you just have to stop and listen.

I ended up being admitted to hospital again last night and while it hasn’t been fun, the good news is they’ve figured out what’s going on. I’m now waiting to see a surgeon to find out if surgery will be needed in the next few days. For now, I’m grounded to my lovely hospital bed (no frequent flyer miles though, sadly 😅).

What makes it trickier is that I’m currently working solo — but I’ve managed to contact everyone I needed to for the coming week and I’m so grateful for your patience, understanding and kindness.

Right now, I’m not able to answer calls or texts as quickly as I’d like. Messenger messages are coming through, but replies might be a little slower than usual. If something’s urgent, please message me there and I’ll do my best to get back to you.

I really hate letting anyone down or leaving people hanging, so thank you for bearing with me while I focus on getting back on my feet. 💛
