The Chefs' Table is back!
Join us on the 13th of November 2026, in one of Scotland's most prestigious venues, The National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh, hosted by James Martin - British chef and television presenter.
The event is to raise funds for research into Brain Cancer. This cause is very close our Wilde Thyme Brand Experience Leader, Andrew Hamer, after the tragic loss of his Sister Mary-Anne Hamer and friend Chef Andrew Fairlie.
You will be treated to a spectacular six-course meal, prepared by a group of renowned, Multi-Michelin starred Chefs, showcasing the best of Scotland's larder.

Mark Donald - Executive Chef at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant
Adam Handling MBE - Chef/Owner Adam Handling Restaurants

Andrew Hamer - Brand Experience Leader at Wilde Thyme
This promises to be an evening of exceptional culinary experiences, outstanding service and superb entertainment, including a Charity Auction. Our chosen Charity Partner is Beatson Cancer Charity. Beatson Cancer Charity have a commitment to advancing clinical excellence in all areas of cancer care and research, and we're honoured to be able to contribute to their cause.
