It is with great pleasure that we can announce 3 2 1...Let's have fun are in a position to safely continue hires of certain equipment, such as bouncy castles.
With the current situation we are all in, our policies have changed slightly in order for us to help keep you and your family safe, as well as our teams and other customers.

“We ask that all customers make the booking and payment either over the phone or via email, with payments being bank transfers or card payments over the phone. When we arrive to set up, we need clear access to where the equipment is to be sited, please note – we are unable to go through your house and need side/clear access to your garden. Whilst we are setting up the equipment, we ask that you do not come outside, until we have left. All we need is an outdoor power socket (for equipment that requires power) or in the absence of an outdoor power socket we ask that you leave an extension cable out for us to plug into and check the equipment is working and set up correctly prior to us leaving. The equipment is only for the use of your household.
3 2 1…Let’s have fun are always committed to providing our services and equipment in a clean germ free condition. We have and always will follow Public Health England and the Government advice and directions. As we have always done, cleaning of all equipment between hires with anti-bacterial solution is continued and we have introduced a 2-tier cleaning procedure, whereby as well as the standard cleaning, we will endeavour to clean again with anti-bacterial solution once the equipment is set up at the venue/location of the event where time frames allow. If customers would like to make sure we clean the equipment at set up, it will be the customers responsibility to make sure that the extra time is allocated prior to the party start time. The length of time we need to clean the equipment can be advised on a one-on-one basis, depending on the equipment hired the time required can vary.
Once a certain item has been hired out and collected, we leave it in a "quarantine" state for a set amount of time, for example with bouncy castle and items made of PVC, it has been advised that the virus can only live upto 3 days on this type of surface, therefore we will not unfold the castle and clean until the specific time frame has expired, at which point it will be safer for us to set up the castle and clean thoroughly using all of the correct PPE and solutions required to provide a germ free castle for the next event. Our vans/vehicles are disinfected after each collection in order to ensure a germ free loading space for the next hire. We have certification to show compliance/competence in preventing Covid-19, please feel free to ask for a copy, alternatively it is at the bottom of all our emails along with other credentials that we have achieved over the years.
With all of the new procedures, time and expense (additional cleaning solutions, PPE and reduced hires due to quarantined equipment etc) that we have to undertake, they are reflected in our current pricing. Bearing in mind that all of this is done for not just our safety, but also the safety of you and your family, along with other customers."
