We are currently seeking new Trustees to assist with the management of the Memorial Hall
Collingham Memorial Hall is a Charitable Trust, which is run on a non-profit basis by a group of volunteers (Trustees) for the benefit of the Villagers of Collingham.

The Hall acts as a thriving Community Centre, offering a very active social and educational programme which is open to all.

We are currently seeking new Trustees to assist with the management of the Memorial Hall.

Hello everyone…..

The Community Lunch Club held in Collingham Memorial Hall on a Tuesday morning, was set up over 2 years ago. It is run by a fabulous group of volunteers, whose aim is to get people, of all age groups…couples, people on their own etc, together over the Autumn/Winter months. We feel talking to others is invaluable at any age.

I have spoken to a number of people around the village who are on their own, who say they haven’t got the confidence to come…. I know first hand how hard it is to do new things on your own! Please!Please! give us a try. EVERYONE is so warm and welcoming. Over the time we’ve been running it, conversations have started between strangers who have now become friends. So, if you would like to join us or you know of anyone that would benefit from joining us, please come along to the Memorial Hall on Tuesday 21st October from 11.30 to 2pm there will be a huge warm welcome, a hot drink, a sandwich (either bacon or sausage) and a piece of homemade cake waiting for you, all for a suggested donation of only £5.
