Here are 5 things that are easy to overlook:

👥 Getting the right team – Great bartenders can make all the difference. We don’t use agency staff - our friendly, experienced and professional team are part of Hire The Bar, so you know exactly who will be looking after your event.

🍹Having the right stock, in the right amount – From spirits and draught b**r to cocktails, soft drinks and non-alcoholic options, making sure you have the right selection and enough of everything to keep your guests happy.

🚚 Getting the stock there and storing it – Stock needs to arrive safely and in good time, be stored correctly and, importantly, chilled and ready to serve before your guests arrive.

🍸 Everything that comes with the drinks – ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, straws, and all those little details that are easy to forget.

📋 Licensing & event requirements – making sure all the necessary licences, permissions, risk assessments and fire safety requirements are in place before the big day.

Hire The Bar in Soho for the Blockchain
Event

We had a fantastic time providing the bar for a corporate event hosted by Blockchain in the heart of Soho!

Their guests enjoyed a selection of cocktails, including Virgin Mojitos, Margaritas and Espresso Martinis, alongside plenty of bubbles. 🥂

Set on a beautiful Soho rooftop with incredible city views, it was the perfect setting for a great event. We were even lucky enough to spot a blimp flying over London - not something you see every day!
