The Oak Room. A ceremony space full of history. 💍

Fifteenth-century timber beams arch above the ceremony space, while original stained-glass windows cast coloured light across the floor. An open fireplace sits at the heart of the room, creating a beautiful setting for smaller, more intimate ceremonies.

The Oak Room can accommodate up to 65 guests for a ceremony and up to 30 for a seated wedding breakfast.

There's a lot to discover at Prested Hall. ✨

A Grade II listed manor with nearly 1,000 years of history, set within 75 acres of Essex parkland. Four ceremony spaces and 13 bedrooms sleeping up to 32 guests mean the celebration can stretch well beyond a single day.

And despite the sense of escape, London is only 50 minutes away by direct train!

Save this for your venue shortlist! 💍

No two weddings look the same here and that's exactly how it should be. ✨

Prested Hall welcomes celebrations across a wide range of cultures and traditions.

The team understands that a Sangeet is different from a Baraat, and that a Nikah has different requirements from a Walima. Spaces can also adapt to include mandaps and stages for larger celebrations.

We'd love to speak to you more about your plans and show you how your day could come together at Prested hall, book a viewing via the link in our bio! 🤍
