❤️📸 Goodbye to a Beautiful Chapter… Yourselfie ❤️📸
Yourselfie started over 10 years ago as a hobby while I was on maternity leave - and it grew into something I could never have imagined.
I’ve met so many incredible people (many who have become lifelong friends), worked at hundreds of events, seen countless stunning venues, and attended thousands of weddings - all thanks to this little idea brought to life with hard work, dedication, and a lot of love. 💕
We’ve done events on boats, in back gardens, and at venues big and small — on every budget imaginable. We’ve had wonderful repeat clients who’ve invited us back for every possible occasion, and that loyalty has meant the world to me. ✨🌍
I’ve eaten so many pieces of cake, seen countless first dances, and captured so many fun-filled moments - memories I’ll treasure forever. Some moments have been hilarious, others precious… all unforgettable. 💫
Over the years, Yourselfie has won 11 awards - something I’ll always be so proud of. I’ve also had an amazing team by my side, my Selfie Squad… You’ve all played such a huge part in its success, and I’m endlessly grateful.
Since Covid, the events world has changed - and so has my life. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time to phase out Yourselfie and focus on my family - to attend some events as a guest for once, enjoy my weekends and evenings, and spend my downtime with my soon-to-be husband. 💍
Everything currently in my diary WILL go ahead as planned, but I won’t be taking on any new bookings.
I couldn’t bear to see Yourselfie go to anyone else, so when the time comes, I’ll be breaking down the equipment and selling it off piece by piece… while keeping my original booth for myself — because I’ll always be the queen of events 👑✨
I guess my own wedding party will be the perfect sign-off to Yourselfie too - one final celebration to close this beautiful chapter. 🥂💫
