Elderflower! Lemon & Elderflower is my favourite flavour, it was what I chose for one of our wedding cakes.

I use this in sponges, cupcakes and macarons - as well as the odd cocktail

I forage for and make my own cordial for my bakes and this is this weeks effort.

This years batch is particularly special as it’s for a very special cake later in the year.
