We may not have had an event in Essex this year, but we do have an Essex band representing on the hallowed New Blood stage. Congrats to Regicide who absolutely smashed their set. Really moved on to a new level since they last played at M2TM Essex and utterly chuffed for them to have made it.

Massive congratulations to Regicide for winning Metal 2 the Masses East Anglia 2026.

It was a belter of a final and the judging panel had a hell of a time choosing a winner.

I am proud of all the finalists. They are keeping the East Anglia scene alive.

Thank you to all the bands that played for us this year.
Thank you to all those involved in the process of making the shows happen.

And Thank You the fans for all the support this year.

Gonna be a toughie!!! Regicide owned the stage, Azure Sky were amazing and Eyes Of A Nihilist are ruining the crowd in the best way!!! Who'd be a judge.

The story so far.....Ael Fierlen kicked it off in the opening slot with a cracking set. Our boys in Knocked For Six hit it hard second up and had a stage invasion and utterly raised the roof. M2TM East Anglia.
