On Thursday, Kelly and I were at styling Robyn and Ollie’s wedding ceremony and reception.

Full length white linen tablecloths and black napkins for banquet tables (the venue don’t offer this option so Robyn hired from us)

We laid and steamed the cloths and folded the napkins. Each guest had a glass charger plate with a delicate black rim and olive water goblet. The place settings were then finished with a personalised menu card created by Robyn and a boxed macaron from

The couple opted to use the venues cutlery and clear wine glasses and so once the catering team had set these items on the tables we set to work on the tablecentres.

We used a mix of black candlesticks and clear glass sleeve candle holders with LED candle vases along the length of each of the guest tables and the top table - Robyn had chosen these items when she visited me at the storage rooms earlier in the year.


created 40 of our frilly bud vases full to the brim with beautiful florals in the couples colour palette.

It was so lovely to see the couples reaction to the styling when we’d completed and then again at the end of the night when we returned to do the breakdown and repack. Congratulations Robyn and Ollie! I’m so happy you had the day you’ve dreamed of!

We’ll be at Markshall selling some of our preloved items. These are items that were previously in our hire collection but are no longer suited to hire.

Usually this is before quantities have fallen below what we need for most hire bookings; because items are tricky to store or transport or because we’re making room for new items.
