We brought out the secret weapon on Thursday night and what a beautiful person he is (and the saxophonist) 🤣

pulled out the big guns (and a pair of pink heart sunglasses) at this week where we truly made this wedding reception a night to remember!

Find us another venue like this! We love playing here and this wedding a few weekends back was absolutely off the scale which saw this wonderful couple and their guests partying into the early hours! Can't wait to share the rest of what we captured!

We're not going to give too much away just yet until we get our eyes on the incredible work of & who were both shooting and snapping away all night at this incredible wedding reception! I'm sure they said they'd both be home by 9! 🤣

For now, let's just say, groove really was in the heart which made this one without shadow of a doubt, for us so far!

So, that's a 'wrap' from us! We're all gigged out for 2023!

No, you won't be spammed with posts every hour from 1st Dance Events for the next 10 days because what this industry has taught us the most is how important family time is. We spend the majority of weekends throughout the year missing out on precious time with our loved ones so the next two are ours. Our socials therefore get the break we do!

However, we can't promise we won't be lively throughout January to catch all you romantic lot who got proposed to over the festive period!

Here's a gentle reminder that our prices do go up as of New Years Day and this really is the last chance to book your 2024/2025/2026 reception at this year's pricing (subject to availability).

In the meantime, we leave you with a photo captured last month at the wedding of Karen and her husband Darren who kindly allowed us to debut our new DJ Booth for 2024 at their Easton Grange Wedding Venue reception to capture this amazing photo. This booth and neon sign is now available to all future couples at no extra cost!

For us, this was truly 1st Dance Of The Year as we also had the privilege of working alongside the absolutely amazing Samantha Harvey who sung the first dance song beautifully and kicked off our party!

We'd also like to take this opportunity to wish all of our newlyweds from 2023 a very Merry 1st Christmas together!

Not forgetting all the venues that welcome us weekly, feed & water us whilst putting up with the crazy atmospheres we create!

It's not every day a popstar from your youth randomly comes in to the local you're djing a Christmas party at and takes centre stage of your dancefloor!

It's also not every day they take it absolutely amazingly, high five you and smash out a dance routine when you call them out on the mic and play one of their biggest tunes from the late 90s!
