The clanging plates, constant communication, footsteps, plating, rushing trays out, checking timings, INJURIES… it’s all part of making sure guests are fed well and on time while the celebration continues outside.

From blending and mixing to filling every single bowl, this was one of those tasks that looks simple until you’re making it at scale.

This wedding featured 3 varieties:

Dinner time at a wedding looked like this 🤍
No long buffet queues, just hot platters landing on tables together for guests to share and enjoy.

One thing we loved about this wedding was creating a menu that catered thoughtfully to mainly pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan guests, without compromising on flavour, variety or abundance.

On the menu:
