✔ PAT-tested equipment
✔ Trained & uniformed staff

Whether your caterer works from home or a commercial kitchen — they must be prepared and professional enough to tick all those boxes.

I always advise my couples to get this information from their venue FIRST.
Then come to me, and I’ll handle the rest with confidence and ease.
