What a day & what a bride. My Mature bride said ‘I-certainly do’ getting ready yesterday. Stunning facilities with pool & spa to ensure a relaxed & peaceful morning of wedding prep.
Then over to the main restaurant with breathtaking grounds for the ceremony & of course ‘the party’
Alex wore her gown with every inch of elegance & style.

Early start but laid back morning of bridal prep for Emma .weddings. Another hidden gem in the Suffolk countryside I’ve not been to before.
Her naturally curly hair was tamed into this low loose bun to complement the country barn vibe wedding. Make up that glowed in shades of gold & cream. Perfect pairing with my brides complexion these colours make green/blue eyes pop.

Today’s extraordinary venue to highlight is nestled deep in the Suffolk countryside. This little gem has to be be my secret favourite 🤫 even Vogue claimed it to be ‘One of the most stunning wedding venues in the world” lucky me I’ve worked here multiple times & it always leaves me in awe. From intimate weddings catering for 80 guests within or the addition of a marquee to allow up to 200. Full of quirky architecture & features. Once a gatehouse of a monastery the tranquil feeling here is magical 💫
Probably the most memorable of weddings here was the beautiful Jenna marrying Sonny. The marquee was decorated to perfection complimenting the vibe of the day.
Can’t not mention Hendrix who kept a watchful eye on me creating a fitting Hair & Make up look for his Mumma 🐶🤍

This venue 🤍 every time. A venue with free rein - 46hr hire giving you plenty of time to create without last minute madness. Make it as big or as intimate as you like.
Steph’s wedding hit the headlines and you can see why. Laid back morning of prep with a soft up do and make up to fit the romance. Orchids in her hair as gifted to celebrate her heritage. And safe to say it all lasted way beyond when the party stopped.

Another stunning Wedding at
A beautiful open plan contemporary barn nestled in the Suffolk countryside nr Woodbridge. Hairstyling for the Bridal party was such a vibe for this lovely family. Michaela looked so elegant in her structured dress. We kept the hair sleek & simple to complement. Beautifully classic hair up.

Controversial opinion of the day…. I’m not an influencer!!! I’m a Hair & Make up artist who LOVES her job.
And that’s making sure I’m 💯 focused on you & your bridal party to ensure a relaxed morning of prep.
What I will bring is aside from beautiful natural soft glam looks, A patient, calm & friendly vibe with years & I mean years of experience in weddings and all they entail.
From making sure timings go to plan so your picture perfect ready for your photographer. To discreetly helping with labels, zippers, passing tissues, tidying up to ensure there’s no clutter around in the pics. Drying bouquets ready to hold, occupying the little ones… it goes on.
That’s my job and it makes me immensely happy to be on hand for the little extras.

What I won’t do (this’s the controversial bit in today’s world of social media)
Is to film myself working on you in the hope to gain a few more bookings.
I’m of the opinion you’ve put in an incredible effort, time & emotion to build your perfect day I would personally feel it self indulgent & damn right rude to be setting up my tripod that will be in the way of your official photographer-videographer taking your all important moments.
So aware of the trend for artists doing this, and yes it seems to be the thing that’s done for socials to stand out & engagement for future bookings.
However, never one to follow the crowd or feel pressured into doing so, I’m sticking by my morals and it’s not ‘all about me’

I’ve thought hard about this and how I can present more to engage with future brides. Im aiming to document more of the stunning venues and highlight the surrounding areas for you to see to get a real feel. But that will happen around the time I may potentially-possibly have spare only once my ‘actual’ job is complete.
So if you’re looking for a Bridal Artist with a wealth of experience that likes to maintain the privacy… I’m likely your gal 🤍

Saturdays twilight wedding
Understated elegance from start to finish for my mature bride Emma. With a few bridal trials to build the confidence of wearing make up & perfecting the hair up. We achieved it with this fresh skin, soft Smokey eye in hues of brick & bronze to make the green eyes pop. Final finish looked insane!!! And my signature tousled bun with plait for her daughter Emma the maid of honour.

The first of my Summer Weddings when the heatwave first hit A venue in the Essex countryside that ticks all the boxes if your looking for a laid back unique outdoor Wedding.
Lovely Leanne gave me her inspiration of Viking-Highland cow style hair lol, being a lover of both I totally got the brief!!
We created curls & plaits then used texture spray to make it look perfectly messy.

A lovely thank you was received and I was pleased to know everyone’s look remains right through & beat the heat 🔥

Thank you so much lovely! I will always recommend you if anyone needs hair/make up for any event.
It lasted all day and night and you were cool as a cucumber (mentally not physically 🥵) throughout the process.
