We were honoured to supply the catering for,

The Colchester Mayor making ceremony held
In The Old Library
Moot Hall, Colchester Town Hall

We served a variety of starters including smoked salmon and homemade bread,
Followed by
Local fresh hake from Mersea in champagne sauce and rocket
And locally sourced topside beef slowly roasted in wild garlic.

It was truly a wonderful day 💫
