What a brilliant first day at the The Colchester Food and Drink Festival! Weve had such a fantastic Saturday serving in Castle Park to new customers and old! It's a shame we sold out and had to close a little early but we'll be back tomorrow ready for another fun day of serving some smoked deliciousness for all those who didn't get round too trying the taste of authentic american bbq🍴🔥

We've been busy, preparing for the The Colchester Food and Drink Festival! Weve been working so hard and are super excited that we're now only a day away from serving some delicious food to some happy faces!🍴just a little sneaky peak at our newest addition to the menu- the loaded baked potato salad! 🤩🤤 p.s it taste even better than it looks.👌

Smoked Out BBQ are back at it again today! Over at The Prettygate Pub - Colchester with some mouthwatering 19 hour slow smoked Beef brisket, and specially marinated full racks & half racks of Loin back ribs! (Limited availability on the ribs!).
