Sharna & Luke’s lovely elopement wedding at Storrs Hall. 😍

Just the two of them, a beautiful Lake District venue and the usual bit of Cumbrian weather doing its best to join in as an extra guest. Damp, breezy, and not exactly Mediterranean, but still a really lovely day with a cracking couple. 😀

Storrs Hall is such a fantastic setting for a small wedding, especially with the lake, the gardens and all those gorgeous indoor spaces when the weather decides to have a little moment.

A huge congratulations to Sharna and Luke. Wishing you both all the very best for your future together. ❤️

Jo & Matt’s brilliant wedding at the awesome in the Borrowdale Valley. 😀

A cracking day in one of the best spots in the Lakes, with sunshine, confetti flying everywhere, plenty of laughs and a little trip down to the jetty for some lovely pictures by the water. Not a bad place to get married really. 😍

Such a lovely pair to spend the day with, surrounded by a fab group of family and friends. The Borrowdale backdrop did its usual thing of showing off, which was very helpful of it. ✌️

Jenny and Brad heading off for a little wander bring their brilliant New House Farm in the Lorton Valley. 😍

I’ve said it before, but we’re very lucky to have places like this in Cumbria. Gorgeous sunshine, the fells doing their thing in the background and a couple just enjoying a few quiet minutes together away from the wedding day madness. 😀

New House Farm really is one of those venues where you don’t have to go far for a pretty epic view. Which is handy, because nobody wants to be hiking up a mountain in wedding shoes. 😆

Such a brilliant day with a properly lovely group of people.

Sharon & David’s wedding at Armathwaite Hall was pure magic!

The ingredients were all there for an epic day, great people, amazing venue and the sun just did its thing. It genuinely was a brilliant day to be involved with. 😍

With Bassenthwaite sparkling in the sun, it was a relaxed, joy-filled day. As the evening rolled in, the girls danced in the buttercup field to Oceanic’s “Insanity”—proper 90’s throwback and an absolute blast!

Special shoutout to for truly setting the atmosphere—he did an awesome job making the day unforgettable! 🎸 🎶 🎤

Sarah & Andy’s brilliant wedding at Low Hall The Lakes ✨

Storm Dave decided to make an appearance, and it definitely brought the wind with it, but these two absolutely embraced it. We managed to get plenty outside before the weather properly turned, including one of the best veil moments I’ve seen in a while.

A beautiful barn wedding just outside Cockermouth, surrounded by their closest friends and family, with loads of laughter, a great atmosphere and just the right amount of Lake District weather drama.

Huge congratulations Sarah & Andy. What a fantastic day. ❤️

I love the feeling of space in this one. A quiet little wander away from the busier parts of the day, with the Lake District doing its usual thing in the background.

Such a brilliant day with a lovely group of people, and another reminder of why I enjoy photographing weddings in this part of the world so much.

A quiet little breather from the buzz of the wedding day, and honestly, sometimes those few minutes away can be one of the loveliest parts of it.

Shaye and Aran headed out during their wedding at Lodore Falls Hotel so we could make the most of the views over Derwent Water and the surrounding fells. Nothing too staged, nothing too forced. Just a bit of space, a beautiful evening, and one of those Lake District backdrops that does most of the hard work for you. 😀

This is another one of my personal favourites from their brilliant day a couple of weeks ago.
