RETURNS POLICY
Non seasonal goods must be returned within 7 days for exchange or refund. There are no refunds on Seasonal goods and Costumes, they can be returned for an exchange or credit note only, within 48hrs of purchase. We do not accept returns on any unwanted under garments. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, along with proof of purchase. Shoul

d one of our balloons be faulty or go down within 48hrs, you may return it to be repaired/reinflated as 1st option and replaced as 2nd option. This does not apply to balloons that burst, we will replace these at 50% of the cost if returned within 48hrs.

There has been a powercut this morning in the main street and as such we are unable to gain access to our shop today. Scottish power are at present digging up the road trying to find the fault, but are not hopeful that it will be resolved within a few hours. Anyone who has orders booked in for today, please call east kilbride on 01355241525 and ask for lynn. She will take your details and we will endeavour to get your orders sent out to you this afternoon/evening from east kilbride. Alternatively please whatsapp 07985164331 and give us your details so we can sort things out for you. Anyone else needing balloons for today, please call our ek number and we will deliver them out to you free of charge within the local area. Thank you for your understanding.
