Love love love

A few weeks ago, Paul and Lorraine came into the shop looking for funeral flowers to be delivered to Leicester.

Leicester is outside my usual delivery area, but from the moment I met them, I knew I wanted to help. Even with everything they were going through, we managed to have a few laughs and I instantly warmed to them both.

Lorraine knew exactly the colours she wanted for all the tributes, after seeing a tribute I'd created earlier this year.
They wanted a MAM tribute, (plus others which I'll show in another post) but I wanted to create something a little different from the traditional style, so I designed this meadow-inspired MAM.

I absolutely loved creating it.

I delivered it this morning, 8A.M.
Later today I received a lovely thank you message from Lorraine which made me cry 😢

This is what it's all about for me. Being trusted with something so important and creating flowers that bring comfort at such a difficult time.

A little update outside the shop....

I wanted something that would make the window stand out and bring a smile to people's faces before they even walk through the door. And also so people could see where I am.
I think it's done that.

The colours are just gorgeous and I absolutely love how it brightens up the front of the shop.

A little behind the scenes today... 📸🌸

A couple of years ago, designed and installed our dream kitchen, and we still absolutely love it. The forest green cabinetry with walnut and black accents is everything we hoped for and more.

Recently, Owen Williams Kitchens wanted to create some professional photography and video content to showcase some of their recent projects and asked if they could feature our kitchen.

Needless to say, we were absolutely honoured and, of course, said yes! 😊

As a florist, I couldn't let the opportunity pass without creating a little floral statement piece for the island. After all, flowers are the perfect finishing touch to any beautiful space.

Now, what do you think of the forest green? Still one of my favourite kitchen colours! 👇

21st Birthday Celebrations ❤️

Beautiful table arrangements created for a special 21st birthday celebration, featuring Naomi red roses, white calla lilies and gypsophila.

The vases were supplied by the customer, and with two of these arrangements displayed on the table, they looked absolutely amazing.
