URGENT- Fao customers

Yesterday we suffered a technical issue which caused our diary file to corrupt causing us to lose all diary information

After trying about 100 way to retrieve from the cloud etc were unable to do so.

Don’t worry we still have records of bookings and all your information is safe.

Over the next couple of days we will be working to rebuild our diary.

If you have a booking with us (particularly in the next 2 weeks) please drop us a quick message via the method you originally booked, this will cause your message to jump to the top and speed up the process.

We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience, and please be assured we are working hard behind the scenes and to prevent any chance of it happening again.

Absolute nightmare

Thanks

Steve
