Simon Goodman began Parsnip Mash after returning from Michelin starred London restaurants to settle with his young family in Somerset and after many enjoyable years as head of Bristol’s largest caterer and time spent with the largest single catering service provider in Europe Parsnip Mash was born bringing 25 years of high profile experience back home to the South West. We provide bespoke catering

services from small private dinner parties to inspirational wedding breakfasts and corporate events from 15 to 500 guests.
