As the dust settles on a hectic bank holiday weekend we can reflect on what an amazing event we took part in down at Crumplebury Farm.

Working 3 days side by side with a Michelin Starred Chef whom I did my work experience with aged 14 it was slightly surreal.

Didn’t manage to snap many shots of the food we put out due to being so busy, but these are a few of the canapés and the first two courses out of 6 we sent out.

We are more than just a one trick pony, it’s not all about big spit roasted meat all of the time.

This is a board lunch we provided today for a local health care provider. As ever everything was sourced as local as possible, most of the greens came out of our grounds or foraged from the local woodlands.
