This evening at the tea room, we held our monthly meditation session. It was my second time taking part, and I have to say I found it much more beneficial than the first.
The first time, I didn't feel as though I fully immersed myself in the experience. This evening was different. I felt truly at ease, able to tune into my inner thoughts and simply be present in the moment. As the session unfolded, a gentle sense of calm settled over me, and I left feeling centred, refreshed, and more in control of both my mind and body.
If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or finding it difficult to cope with the challenges of everyday life, I genuinely believe meditation can help. It provides an opportunity to slow down, clear your mind, and develop techniques to manage life's ups and downs as they arise.

The sessions take place on the first Wednesday of every month at Beckie’s tea room from 7:00pm until 8:30pm.
