A little update from us 🤍

We’re going to be a little quieter on social media over the next few days…

Hayley is heading into hospital tomorrow for a long-awaited operation, while Annie will be holding the fort and getting everything ready for a very busy few days behind the scenes.

We have a huge event to style on Friday, followed by a wedding & christening over the weekend — and here’s a tiny sneak peek of what’s currently taking over Grace & Annie’s HQ .

There’s just something about a classic black & white wedding… timeless, elegant and absolutely beautiful.

Fresh gypsophila was the perfect finishing touch for Emma & Mark’s day, from their statement welcome display and floral hexagon to the delicate details throughout their centrepieces.

Simple, romantic and proof that sometimes you really don’t need lots of colour to make an impact. ✨

Please bear with us this week… it’s going to be a busy one!

We’re trying to cram as much as we possibly can into the last week of the school holidays — a camping trip, a train adventure to Manchester for Bubble Planet and, of course, Oriarna’s birthday party on Friday! 🎂🥹

Behind the scenes, we’re also in full preparation mode for a pretty large corporate event coming up in just two weeks, alongside our weekend weddings. ✨

So replies may be a little slower than usual this week while we juggle business life with making the most of these last few summer days making memories with my girls.

Normal service will resume… eventually 😂🤍

What a beautiful colour palette for an August wedding…

Rich rust tones paired with soft blush, ivory and burnt orange florals created the most gorgeous warm and romantic feel for this beautiful day.

From the statement draped backdrop and floral arrangements to our blossom trees, tall centrepieces, chair styling and full floral wall complete with Mr & Mrs neon — we absolutely loved seeing this one come together.

And can we just appreciate the floral wall?! It made the most incredible backdrop and tied all of those gorgeous colours together perfectly.

We KNOW it’s still August… but we’re already so ready for all things autumn.

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of styling this gorgeous backdrop for Mr & Mrs Buchanan at the Seacote Hotel.

Those deep burgundies, burnt oranges, blush pinks and warm neutral tones are giving us all the autumn wedding vibes. These rich, seasonal tones are also perfect for baby showers, christenings, and all kinds of celebrations at this time of year — they just bring such a warm, cosy feel to any event.

We’re not wishing summer away… but cosy wedding season can hurry up just a little bit. 🤎🍂✨

We are so excited to finally show you the newest addition to Grace & Annie’s.

Our beautiful draped wooden backdrop can be styled in any colour scheme, with florals tailored to complement your day perfectly — making it ideal for ceremonies, top tables and statement displays.

We had the pleasure of using it for the very first time last weekend for Mr & Mrs Buchanan at the Seacote Hotel, styled in these gorgeous Burnt Oranges with soft blush and ivory florals.

We absolutely love how this one came together and we can’t wait to share the rest of the decor that complimented this backdrop .

Nothing says family business quite like having the youngest member of the family helping us this morning 🥹🤍

There’s something really special about watching our little ones grow up around the business we’ve built as a family. What started with me and Mum has somehow become part of their childhood too, and I absolutely love that.

Our little Oriarna definitely earned her wages this morning… paid in the form of a very well-deserved ice cream at Mawson's Ice Cream Parlour & Coffee Shop afterwards 😂🍦🤍

Little memories like these are what being a family business is all about.
