We had the priviledge of providing party decor for the Wedding celebration party for Katie & Keiran at The Queens hotel St Bees, Last weekend. We also provided vases of fresh gyp for the outdoor area… The happy couple were married recently in glorious Santorini. Huge congratulations to the happy couple. We also styled their engagement party last year, Thank you for choosing Grace & Annies again for your celebration.

✨ Prom 2026 has officially begun for us! ✨

Last Saturday we had the privilege of styling St Bees School Prom, and what a fantastic way to kick off another busy prom season!

The students designed the layout and styling of the room themselves, and we brought their vision to life with our gorgeous gold sequin wall, double balloon garlands in their chosen colours, twinkling curtain backdrops on either side for those all-important group photos, our light-up PROM letters, and a personalised welcome easel, which was moved outside ready to welcome guests before the evening began.

Yesterday and today have been another whirlwind of Prom 2026 celebrations. We hope every single one of you has the most incredible evening, filled with laughter, friendship and memories you’ll treasure forever.

A huge thank you to everyone who has chosen Grace & Annie’s Event Hire to be part of such a special occasion. We can’t wait to share more of this year’s beautiful prom set-ups over the coming weeks.

That’s our final prom setup of the day officially complete! What a busy evening it’s been, but we’ve loved every minute of helping make your celebrations extra special. We hope you all have the most incredible evening at your proms, making memories with friends that we’re sure you’ll treasure for years to come.

Whilst we were busy stripping down an event at Hunday Manor Country House Hotel our little helper decided she wanted to join in too. At just 2 years old she was determined to carry the centrepieces and décor back to the van all by herself!

People often see the finished set-ups but don’t always see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. This strip down came with a very cute little assistant who was adamant she was helping mummy and Grandad.

Watching her proudly carry pieces almost as big as she is definitely made us smile. The fact she willingly left Peppa Pig to come and help tells you just how serious she was about her job! 😂
