We’re missing our Tash in this photo, but here’s (most of) the Butterfly team...
From left to right...
🌸 Mum (Jill) – the OG! The founder of Butterfly Flowers. Our Queen, our Mumma, and the heart of everything we do.
🌸 Me, Karina – I’d say I’m Head Florist and Floral Designer. 😏😂 I’ve been part of Butterfly Flowers for 22 years... surely I can’t be that old! 😂 I started helping Mum from the age of 14, and I honestly couldn’t imagine doing anything else. 💖
🌸 Carissa – my big sis, my business partner, bestie and rock. She joined the team two years ago, bringing an incredible background in styling and interiors. She’s also a qualified florist (although she’ll happily admit event styling is more her thing than floristry! 😂), which is why we’ve been able to add another exciting string to our bow.
🌸 Pheebs (Phoebe) – Phoebe completed her floristry apprenticeship with us back in 2019. She has such a natural eye for floral design and is one of the most passionate, hardworking people you’ll meet. She flew the nest for a few years, but we’re so happy to have her back where she belongs. 🤍
And finally, our incredible Tash... not pictured, but you can pretty much guarantee she’s behind the florals! She’s an absolute asset to Butterfly Flowers, and there have been so many times we’d have been lost without her. She’s worked alongside us for more years than I can remember and has well and truly crossed into sister territory rather than employee status. 🤍
We’re a small family business, and we’re so grateful for every wedding, every bouquet, every celebration, and every customer who’s supported us over the years.
