🔁 Rewinding to The Meetings Show 2025 🔁

A few weeks on, and we’re still buzzing from the energy of this year’s Meetings Show – our Head of Marketing and Communications, James Bogle, reflects on what was an exciting couple of days.

We launched our new campaign, Dare to be Bold – a call to embrace confidence, creativity and courage in how we deliver events and to help our clients think bigger, braver and bolder. We embodied that message throughout the Show with:

🦚 Our brand-new exhibition stand, featuring a head-turning 3D peacock
🎧 QEII Live generated the atmosphere with live DJ sets
🍰 QEII Taste amazed with cakes featuring unexpected ingredients like sweet potato and quinoa

We shared significant insights from our latest Distracted Economy report, sparking conversation around how we can reclaim focus in meetings and events.

We’re halfway through the year already…time flies when you are hosting world-class events!

We’ve packed a lot into the last quarter, packed with incredible events which we have hosted from NXT BLD, and the Future of Utilities Summit, to so many more that have brought our spaces to life, as well as attending great industry events such as the Meetings Show.

What a time we had at The Meetings Show! 🎉

Our stand brought flair, energy, and was buzzing with activity throughout. From the moment doors opened, Sophia’s cakes had everyone talking— seriously, they were a showstopper!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, chatted with the team, and soaked up the energy with us at the drinks receptions with our Live DJ, this is what the QEII is all about 🙌
