We had the pleasure of making this beautiful birthday cake for a 80th birthday!
Gluten Free Elderfower & Lemon sponge, with layers of fresh cream & strawberries, with Elderfower butter cream.
The Rugby ball, Apples, Flag and books were all handmade.

CCC were honoured to cater dinner for such a lovely family celebrating a very special birthday 🍾🥂

Pear & Walnut salad to start,
Roasted lamb, in a herb crust covered with seaweed, (not photographed)
Choux buns, filled with with cream, served with pistachios an individual jug of a homemade warm chocolate sauce.
