Due to the current climate, the Dauntsey Unaffiliated & SEG ODE will now run as a one-day event on Sunday 28th June 2026.

Classes will be available at 70cm, 80cm and 90cm, providing a great opportunity for riders of all levels to enjoy a friendly and well-run day of eventing.

To encourage early entries, we are pleased to introduce a new incentive for our competitors.

Enter by 10th June and claim a £10 fuel contribution allowance at the event. That’s right – we’ll give you £10 back when you attend !

2 great training days at Calmsden. A big thanks to ALL OUR FABULOUS VOLUNTEERS who sat out in the freezing cold yesterday, fortunately today was a bit warmer. A lot of LOVELY young horses had a great introduction to Eventing! And many others just having a stress free day out!

PLEASE NOTE. A419 IS CLOSED SOUTH BOUND THIS WEEKEND FROM QUARRY ROAD JUNCTION, TO SPINE RD JUNCTION. THIS WILL AFFECT TRAFFIC AROUND CIRENCESTER ALL WEEKEND.

The course is very straightforward and lots of space between jumps , no serious drops or hills, water combo towards the end. Ground is good as it usually is at our spring events.

🐎XC 80,90 & 100 with SJ heights at 70-110cm

A relaxed no pressure 2 and 3 phase training event to allow horse and rider to gain experience before starting eventing this season.

Dressage and SJ times will be given and a XC will have a window of time to go, so if you want to head straight out to the XC you can or you prefer to regroup after SJ and go when your ready it’s your choice.

We understand life pressures, time constraints and—most importantly—your love for horses. That’s why this season we’re offering a mix of events designed to support you and your horse every step of the way.

Alongside our ODEs, we’ll be running a variety of training and fun events, giving riders the opportunity to:

* Have a go in a relaxed, supportive environment
* Practise a different test, height, or discipline
* Train young horses in preparation for competition
* Enjoy stress-free training in a competition atmosphere, without the pressure of being scored
* Build confidence before the real competition
* Get competition-ready while saving money

Whether you’re practising, preparing, or things don’t quite go to plan before your next competition, our events are here to help you regroup and move forward.

And for those of you already thinking, “But I love the Horse-Events Eventing Championship!”— don’t worry:

To avoid the heavily crowded end-of-season calendar and expense, we’ve made the decision to move our National Eventing Championships to a date closer to May / June 2027. So you now have 18 months to qualify for The Horse-Events National Eventing Championships

We’re open to new ideas and event styles, if there’s something you’d love to see, please don’t hesitate to share your ideas with us.

More information about the format of each event coming soon and bookings will open next weekend.
