Hi, I am back from my holidays and ready to go!! Don't forget it's Christmas in 10 weeks so if you are looking for something a little different, then a gift of Potted Treats could be for you. Lavish Lemon baked cheesecake with soured cream and my own homemade Lemon curd swirled through it, decorated with mixed berries.

A quick gardening tip: When growing cauliflowers and the heads become white, to stop them from going brown, lay one of the leaves from the plant over the white of the and this will keep it fresh.
