The first is our savoury heart which has been beautifully created with four fabulous cheeses – Goats, Brie, Stilton & Manchego, charcuterie, olives, fruit and nuts, plus chutney and artisan crackers.⁣

Fun Fact - this platter was created after a misunderstood conversation with a friend!! He thought I said something rude 🤭 (I didn’t!) but the conversation stuck with me and I created The Dirty, named so because it’s a messier platter to eat … but it’s oh so delicious! 😋 and quickly became one our most popular platters!⁣

I’m not sure you’ll find anything quite like it from other grazing businesses and it’s just so moreish there’s never any leftovers! ⁣

Mini Mozzarella Balls, Double Cream French Brie, Salami, Chorizo, Chargrilled Courgettes and Aubergine, Baby Plum Tomatoes, Olives, Houmous, Guacamole, Avocado & Pesto accompanied with Rustic Breads!⁣

We get asked a lot to provide Pre-Wedding Brunches for the bridal parties on the morning of their wedding. ⁣
⁣
The traditional bubbles 🥂 are always flowing so it’s important to have something to nibble on whilst the everyone is getting ready, as it’s usually a very long time before the wedding breakfast!!⁣
⁣
Our first option is the sweet option, The Bespoke Brunch. This is an amazing selection of pastries of your choice from , yoghurt and granola pots plus fresh fruit.⁣

This is usually delivered as a platters only option, but it can also be styled into a grazing table.⁣

Hi, I’m Fiona, the founder and owner of The Cotswold Platter Co. It’s been quite a while since I last wrote a post about myself and my business, and so for all my lovely new followers … here’s a little bit about me! ⁣
⁣
I’ve had a very varied career before setting up this business … events at Disneyland Paris, the public affairs office for Ford Motor Co, several management positions with M&S and I ran a candle and home accessory business. I also studied in art & design and hotel & catering management. ⁣
⁣
I feel extremely grateful for each of these experiences, as they’ve all played a part in creating this business 🙌🏼. ⁣
⁣
I launched the business at the end of 2020 during lockdown, and things have changed significantly since then. Due to the lockdown restrictions the majority of my orders were for private customers, 2-6 people and all delivered to the home. Today … things looks very different!⁣
⁣
Styled grazing tables, corporate clients, weddings, birthday’s, hen parties, working lunches, rally hospitality events, team building weekends, awards ceremony, celebrities and even royalty 👸🏼… with our largest single event catering for over 215 people! ⁣
⁣
Anyone who runs their own business will already know that the road is never easy, but the best things in life are always the always the ones fighting for! ⁣
⁣
You’re excited. You’re worried. You question yourself. You adapt. You improve. You fail. You succeed. You fall over. You pick yourself up. You learn so much about yourself and your abilities, more than you ever thought possible when you first started on the venture. ⁣

I feel very fortunate to say that I absolutely LOVE what I do! ❤️⁣

I’m very proud of what I’ve achieved so far, but I want to say a huge thank you for the help and support I’ve received from some fabulous friends, and some amazing clients who too have supported and cheerled my business. ⁣
