We are very delighted to welcome the team from Trullo to fforest farm for the very first time this summer.

Founded in 2010, Trullo quickly became one of London’s most loved restaurants. Now led by Chef Co-Owner Conor Gadd, Trullo continues to be celebrated for its understated excellence.
On 25th July, the Trullo team will bring their signature style to West Wales for a relaxed four course dinner in the Cedar Barn. Handmade pasta, beautifully sourced ingredients and simple cooking done exceptionally well.
Come for the full weekend and settle in properly.

A wonderful opportunity has come up to work with us at fforest to be our hospitality operations manager.
It’s not a conventional hospitality management role.
It requires someone capable of
balancing operational excellence with warmth, creativity and attention to detail, and a deep
understanding of guest experience within our complex and very individual business.

This part of Wales is a beautiful place to be. So many good things are happening here. It’s exciting all the things we are looking forward to achieve here at fforest and we are looking forward to finding someone to join us on our journey.
