Every now and then I stop for a second and realise just how much The Pink Elephant has grown… and no matter how many directions the business evolves into — catering, beverages, entertainment, music, decor, event support, production — one thing will always stay at the heart of it all: supporting independents.

What started six years ago has now grown into a team of 10+ incredibly talented people, all independent in their own right, all bringing their own magic, but all helping build The Pink Elephant brand together. The last six months especially have been a huge period of growth for us, welcoming more brilliant people into the madness, and honestly… I couldn’t be prouder. To everyone behind the scenes putting in the hours, the energy, the creativity and the chaos management — a huge thank you. Teamwork makes the dream work 👊🏼

Delighted to welcome Nikki to The Pink Elephant team! Nikki will focus her time for now on Event Consultancy, Project Management and Business Development.

If there’s a dinner party, wedding, celebration or beautifully styled table involved… Nikki is very much in her element. From launching a catering business at 23 to running huge events, restaurants and weddings, she brings years of creativity, experience and serious hosting energy to the brand.

Now based in Surrey and from South Africa, Nikki is doing what she loves most creating beautiful, memorable events filled with great food, styling and plenty of personality. We can’t wait for you all to meet her. 🩷🐘
