Our Summer Charcuterie Picnic Boxes suitable for up to 8 people, which normally cost £120, are now on special for the end of summer at just £90 for any boxes purchased and delivered before the 21st September which welcomes autumn menus! We are delighted to offer this as our end-of-summer treat—why not order one today and add a touch of Pink to your events in the coming weeks?

Menu includes a selection of luxury cheeses including our award-winning Spanish Manchego, Italian pecorino cheese, French brie, artisan breads, sourdough crackers, mini spinach & feta filo pastries, Spanish Bellota chorizo & jamon, Italian prosciutto & salami, semi sundried tomatoes, marinated artichokes, chargrilled aubergines & mixed peppers, mixed Mediterranean olives, chocolate brownies, fresh locally sourced seasonal fruits, dried fruits & caramelised onion chutney.

Today marks the final curtain call at the Roman Theatre Open Air Festival, and what a season it’s been! We’ve been so delighted to be the official Charcuterie Picnic Box Provider this summer – fuelling 70 incredible shows from the 6th June right through to today.

For us, this has been more than just picnics – it’s been a journey of growth. From scaling up our corporate, private, and picnic offerings to now stepping into the festival world, this summer has been a huge milestone.

A massive thank you to my brilliant team for all your hard work, and to Adam, Martin, Natalie, Faye & the amazing OVO Theatre crew – you’ve been an absolute joy to work with. Here’s to many more picnics, partnerships, and packed-out audiences ahead! 🩷🐘

Our very first St Albans Saturday Market and only our second week of trading — another milestone for the team and the pink gazebo that’s hard to miss!

This week’s line-up: golden filo quiches, flaky filo pastry pies, plus fresh vibrant salads — buckwheat & chickpea, cabbage-carrot-bean, and potato-spinach-mustard.

We had the joy of being part of Piet & Sam’s gorgeous London wedding reception this summer, right in the garden of their absolutely stunning Wimbledon home. Sunshine, laughter, beautiful speeches, music drifting into the evening—it was the perfect recipe for celebration.

Huge thank you to the incredible Aziz family for the warm hospitality, amazing food, the stunning venue and breathtaking decor – I felt so welcomed being part of it all. Can’t wait for the big day this week at The Grove, Watford – it’s going to be beautiful!

Once upon a time, The Pink Elephant was just about charcuterie... but this year changed everything and our catering has all evolved!

We’ve loved bringing fresh, vibrant salads, quiches, and filo pastry pies to events all season plus much more.

We started hitting the St Albans Market this week and from next Wednesday, with more Hertfordshire & London markets to follow – bringing not just our charcuterie, but a whole new range of deliciousness salads, quiches and expect much more.

‘The Pink Elephant originated from a home filled with warmth, generosity, and memorable gatherings in Harare, Zimbabwe, where I was raised in a family devoted to entertaining.

This journey now serves as a tribute to my late father, Billy — the kindest and most remarkable man I have ever known. His legacy of love, laughter, and gracious hospitality continues to inspire everything we do. I miss him greatly and aim to honour his memory every day.

My mum, my greatest supporter and a natural hostess, has been involved with The Pink Elephant from the very beginning. Her ongoing influence is central to the essence of this brand. What started as passion project is now evolving into a brand growing all ways — founded on family values, heartfelt connection, and the joy of bringing people together.

It’s been a fantastic summer and can’t quite believe we have only 11 open air festival theatre productions of 70 to go at The Roman Theatre

A flashback to our Friday pop up last week with Olly running our stand. As we embrace the last of our days ahead down at The Roman Theatre we get ready to launch our market stalls across Herts to start and then London and further.

This summer, we had the absolute privilege of being part of a truly special celebration – the Bristow’s 10-year wedding anniversary revows ceremony. Held in their stunning garden, the day was a heartfelt and joyful gathering of around 70 of their closest friends and family.

The day unfolded beneath a striking stretch marquee, complete with a live band setting the perfect tone. The Pink Elephant were proud to provide elegant drink stations, champagne on arrival, and delicious canapés. Guests enjoyed relaxed wine stations throughout the afternoon, followed by a crowd-pleasing pizza van in the evening – the perfect blend of sophistication and laid-back fun.

IWe’re currently working on a story to capture how it all came together – and just how proud we were to be part of it. Huge thanks to Sarah and Mark for all their support and trust in us. We’re so delighted to have played a part in making the Bristow’s celebration one to remember.

Plating delicious canapés for a recent wonderful 40th event — and wow, what a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come.

Five years ago my vision was all about the grazing boxes and tables. Now we proudly cater everything from elegant canapés to vibrant salads, quiches, wood-fired pizzas, epic barbecues and more… including sweet treats! The evolution has been delicious to say the least!

This event was such an honour to cater — beautiful people, a stunning setup, and a real reminder that food brings it all together.

Grateful, proud, and always hungry for more opportunities to bring a touch of pink to our clients doorsteps!
